Maintenance Agreements

Service your equipment twice a year for one low price

Maintenance agreements are available. With your agreement, Air Professional Service will service your heating and air units 2 times per year - once in the spring, once in the fall. We will inspect and service your heating or air conditioning unit to ensure optimum performance levels throughout the year through our 20-point inspection system. The inspection also includes replacement of air filters for each tune up. 

Heating Tune Up

Air Professional Service Heating and Air will make sure your heating unit and equipment is functioning at full-capacity. The heating tune up consists of: 

  • Check Thermostat contacts
  • Cleaning and adjusting furnace burner assembly
  • Cleaning furnace ignition assembly
  • Checking flame baffle
  • Checking output gas pressure at the gas valve
  • Inspecting gas valve and piping for gas leaks
  • Checking pilot safety/thermocouple spark ignition
  • Checking for carbon monoxide inside the house
  • Inspecting combustion chamber
  • Examining heat exchanger for damage and corrosion
  • Checking temperature rise at your return and supply plenum
  • Replace air filters or washable permanent air filters
  • Examining over condition and inspecting plenum for air leakage
  • Checking condensate drain line for clean and clear water flow
  • Checking blower motor speed and its amperage
  • Check for accurate microfarads at indoor fan capacitor
  • Checking flue and venting
  • Checking limit control
  • Checking safety interlock switch
  • Monitor heating cycle

 

Air Conditioning Tune Up

Air Professional Service Heating and Air wants to help keep your home cool in the summer. Our air conditioning 20-point inspection tune up consists of: 

  • Checking thermostat contact
  • Replace air filters or washable permanent air filters
  • Checking blower motor speed and its amperage
  • Checking for accurate microfarads at indoor fan capacitor
  • Inspecting evaporator coil
  • Checking condensation drain line for clean and clear water flow
  • Checking temperature difference return and supply 
  • Checking all electrical components at the condenser
  • Checking for loose wire connections and neatness
  • Checking amps and voltage at the outdoor unit
  • Testing starting capabilities
  • Testing safety controls 
  • Inspecting condenser clearances
  • Checking refrigerant level (superheat and subcooling)
  • Examining over condition and inspect plenum for air leakage
  • Monitoring cooling cycle
  • Washing and cleaning condenser or outdoor coil
  • Checking ambient air and condenser air temperature
  • Checking dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature at the return
  • Checking with customer for operation or comfort concerns
